These photos are breathtaking. Brought it all flooding back to us after the whirlwind of yesterday! The photograph of David, Gabriella and his dad is just gorgeous! Made me weep!!

This has literally brought tears to my eyes!! To miss your best friends wedding is a gut wrenching moment, but you have honestly made me feel like I was there!! Thank you so much!

Camilla & David’s Porthilly Farm wedding shall forever be known here in the Jackson house as The One That Broke Us. Well, me more than Hannah to be honest. There must have been some dust in the church or something because almost as soon as Camilla started walking down the aisle my eyes started watering, it was quite odd.
It happened again when to David’s surprise (Camilla had organised it in secret) a Bagpipe player struck up outside and started blasting out across the Cornish coastline. It also happened when I saw David, his niece and his father hugging tightly. Like I said, it must have been something in the air.
Once I managed to pull myself together and de-mist my eyes what unfolded yesterday afternoon was better than I ever could have hoped for. The pictures below tell the story of the day and there’s nothing more needed from me. This is just a very short taster and there will be much much more to come later this year.
To our wonderful new friends Camilla and David, congratulations! Here’s to the future and lots more saffron cake and Padstow Ale with you both sat in the sunshine in Cornwall somewhere looking out over the sea.
